Apparently the Event Viewer doesn’t show the error, either. Players are reporting CTDs absent error messages when entering the area.
If you’re planning a trip to the area around Monsignor Plaza – and you probably will at some point, since it’s an area relevant to several quests – then you might be in for a bit of bother.
